AFCC Ltd, took on my Biltong Company to achieve BRC, just after we had achieved our Salsa Accreditation. AFCC Ltd were brilliant. Although the amount of work that we undertook was enormous, AFCC walked us through it all and made it a lot less painful that it could have been. On the day of the BRC audit, AFCC were here at the crack of dawn to make sure we were as ready as we could ever be …. 8-hours later …. BRC Double A Accreditation. It is not possible to score higher! Well done us! Well done AFCC Ltd. We could have never managed BRC AA on our own.
