Successful candidates should have the knowledge and understanding of:
- The significant legislation and how that affects the activities of the business
- The needs for, and factors involved in, the provision and maintenance of 'safe places of work relating to the construction industry'
- Recognise the significant hazards associated with construction activities and the implementation of safe systems of work
- Understand the requirements for working safely
